The vast majority of our lovely items are produced on demand and personalized exclusively for you (with that special name, date, or theme you chose). This means that the piece was made solely for your order and cannot be put back on sale.

We understand that sometimes minds change. As a courtesy, we offer the possibility of a 7-day return window, but please note: this does not automatically apply to all orders.

Since we deal with customization, all requests will undergo a prior analysis. We will verify if the item can return to stock or if it was an exclusive creation that makes a return unfeasible.

How to request an analysis?

  • Product Condition: The item must be intact, with no signs of use, washing, or odors, and in its original packaging.
  • Personalization: Items with names, dates, or personal photos have stricter rules, as they are made exclusively for you.

  2. Our team performs the order analysis (checking if it is a custom item or a standard line item).
  3. If the exchange or return is approved, we send you the shipping instructions.
  4. As soon as the piece arrives back to us, we finalize the process with a refund or exchange.
